This is the day that the Lord has made.

A great online session today in Bugesera. As we sang this is the day the Lord has made I sensed a real joy coming from the group.

I spoke from a chapter in Lift up your head about gaining confidence in ourselves and God. I felt that God was reminding me to not live in the past successes or failures but to look into today and beyond. The past is gone but today is here for us to be blessed and to be a blessing to others.

“Firstly thank you, the teaching today was so impacting and transforming I can now see that I can’t continue to live in the story of my past and I can see to ask God to open my future.

As God has brought you into my life and you sacrifice time to teach and share with us each week, I feel that God knows me and is encouraging me and has not forgotten me. I find my confidence in God is growing.”
