Joy in Burundi

We have working alongside Pastor Matthiue for the last year encouraging him in equipping evangelists for Burundi missions. As he has gone in faith and continued to reach out he is seeing many come to faith. Last year 8 Church’s were planted and over 500 new believers were baptised and joined the Church - wonderful.

If we keep going and doing what God puts before us then fruitfulness will be evident, that’s an encouragement for us all to keep humbly following Jesus where He leads.

Pastor Matthiue has impressed on me his heart for those who don’t have and the those who haven’t heard about Jesus. I was moved to hear how he had been helping some very poor children, some of whom are lacking to go to school through not affording books to write in and pencils to write with. Some of the the children have lost a parent which makes providing for the family an extra struggle. We have been able to bring some joy to the children by providing books for them.
