Saying Yes
One of the ways we keep the ministry fresh is by keep saying yes to God. God is always about reaching beyond where He is known to reach others with His love and message of hope. I was once asked why don’t we focus on doing one thing? It was a good question and I do know the why. In mission we are always moving because it’s His work. He doesn’t get stuck but looks for an open door to move through and bring the gospel, so we go with Him. Jesus led ministry not our great but flawed ideas. That’s the way we role and it seems to work.
Our latest new piece of mission is beginning this week. As of tomorrow each day for the next three weeks we are teaching discipleship classes online for new believers and those who want a refresh in Nepal. One of the Pastors we work alongside is always out pioneering and doing evangelism in Nepal, he meets lots of people who are desperate to learn more about God. This outreach is not always easy for him and he suffers a lot in various ways for doing so. I love his heart for people and God, hence when he asked me if we could organise classes I said; yes of course we can.
Please pray for those who join us online daily. That they may deepen their understanding and grow in God to love Him and He has loved us first. Pray for the teaching team as together we move into this great opportunity. Please do watch this space for little updates. I am sure God is going to use this for something beyond what we can see.
